Aetna Health Insurance Sucks

So I've been struggling with getting Aetna to send me my health membership card. I also can't seem to get them to take my money for my monthly bill. So, I'm going to start blogging about my experience. I'm also going to stumble this website, and I hope that anyone who comes across this will as well to document just how utterly horrible Aetna's customer service is. So anyway, this is my most recent email to them.

"Hi,
I'm writing because your company makes it incredibly difficult to pay a bill. Most companies, if they have a member website have a nice little button that says "pay your bill" or something similar. You guys don't have that. Then, if you call to try to pay by phone, your system hangs up on me saying, our business hours are from 9-5 east coast. Well, you know what, I work. I have a job that demands my time from 9-5 east coast time. So that isn't convenient. The phone system also says you can use our website for most services 24 hours a day (right before it hangs up on me). You know what? Your company's customer service SUCKS. Why can't you guys make anything easy? I mean seriously, I would think that you would want to make it easy to get paid, but apparently that is wrong. I really hope Obama puts you out of business."

I honestly don't anticapte anything coming of it. Because, their service sucks, and apparently, they don't want my money.
